SCS Northwest Evidence Management Professional Accreditation Report
The following are the sections of the accreditation process and report:
- Executive Summary (approximately 30 pages)
- Review of agency questionnaires with professional comments by SCS Northwest Evidence Consulting Services, listing Requirements, Critical Recommendations and Recommendations (approximately 90 pages)
- Written review of agency policies and procedures related to property and evidence from initial receipt through case disposition
- Review of 20 agency cases from initial receipt through current status
- Photos of agency facilities and property and evidence from case audits
- Agency statistics for items in inventory, items submitted, and items released/purged
- Guidelines for comprehensive and supervisory audits for use by the agency
